In 2022 we crossed the channel and brought Mekren's to Qormi — so the ftira, pizza and qassatat that made the family name on Gozo are never too far away. Same slow-proofed dough, same local ingredients, same wood-fired soul.
Open from late morning until late evening, the Qormi bakery serves the town and beyond. Drop in for a warm ftira, or have it delivered straight to your door via Bolt Food or Wolt.
